Deployed armed / unarmed Ansar Ansar for the safety of public / private companies.

The prospecting agency will have to submit the prescribed application form from the district office and submit it to the office. The Ansar will be deployed with the permission of the head office on the basis of relevant opinion of respective upazila A/V officers and district commandants.

A) Non-government organizations must play a vital role in the country's economy.
B) There will be important KPI in the skin of government agencies.
C) Sued arrangements of lodgers, toilets, bathrooms, cooking facilities for the Ansar's organization.
D) Monthly salary and festival allowances will be provided according to the rules.
E) There should be sports and entertaining arrangements.

Interested trainees will have to apply for interested trading in the upazila Ansar-VDP office and submit necessary documents to the concerned office.

A) VDP should be fundamental training.
B) There should be a nationality certificate.
C) Educational Qualification - The lowest 8th grade will be passed.
D) Must have national ID card.
E) Age 18-20 years

Computer training (men and women) in 4-day period of 4 days
30 people (15 from the Cox's Bazar district and 15 from the Bandarban district)

Interested trainees will have to apply before going to the upazila Ansar-VDP office. The necessary documents will be submitted to the concerned office.

A) VDP should be fundamental training.
B) There should be a nationality certificate.
C) Educational Qualification - The lowest SSC
D) Must have national ID card.

Village-based VDP Basic Training (Male and Female)

Interested trainees need to apply before going to the concerned union leader / leader. The necessary documents should be submitted. After scrutiny by the committee headed by the Upazila Officer, the eligible trainees will be selected.

A) Educational qualification 8th grade.
B) Age must be 18-30 years.
C) convicted / convicted and not involved in the case.
D) Domestic and Character Certificates by local chairman / nominee / councilor.
E) Be interested in volunteering.

VDP basic training with district-based weapons (male and female)

Interested trainees will have to apply before going to the upazila Ansar-VDP office. The necessary documents will be submitted to the concerned office. The selection of qualified trainees will be selected by the committee in the district office.

A) VDP will be Platoon Member / Member.
B) Educational qualification 8th grade.
C) Age must be 18-30 years.
D) convicted / convicted and not involved in the case.
(E) Nagarigal and character certification letter by the local chairman / nominee / councilor.
F) Be interested in volunteering.

General Ansar Basic Training

Interested trainees will have to apply before going to the upazila Ansar-VDP office. The necessary documents will be submitted to the concerned office. The selection of qualified trainees will be selected by the committee in the district office.

A) VDP should be basic training.
B) Height - 5 ft 4 in the bottom of the 8th class pass (SSC side and higher height gain will be preferred).
C) Sight-6/6.
D) Age-18-25 years. High altitude will be given priority.
E) convicted / convicted and not involved in the case.
F) Must have medical fitness certification.
G) There should be nationalization certificate and national identity card.

Certificate of Issue

The interested person has to apply to the district office. All necessary documents will be submitted with the application form

A) Ansar and VDP will be members of the basic training.
B) Written recommendation on the application form of the upazila Ansar and VDP Officer should be there.
C) Submitted documents should be submitted with the application.
i) Photocopy of training certificate.
ii) Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate by Chairman.
iii) photocopy of national identity card.
G) The original copies of all the above papers should be brought to the original copy.

Receiving the job and job related information of basic trained Ansar members.

The mobile phone number is provided by the District Commandant of Ansar members of the panel. The consent of the concerned member is consolidated in the relevant companies. Other service related services provided by the District Commandant

A) 70 days term General Ansar basic training should be.
B) The smart card given by Head Office should be.
C) Be in panel on HRM software.

Members of grassroots VDP members include Ansar and Village Defense Forces in various sports teams.

VDP members in various sports will be required to apply for the name of the well-known game of the corresponding upazila Ansar-VDP office.
Selected players in the district office will be sent to national level after the completion of the program.

 

A) VDP should be Platoon Member.
B) There should be a nationality certificate.
C) Be expert in sports related.

Services provided for members of Ansar-VDP Club Association

1. Receiving financial donations from Ansar and VDP welfare funds for treatment of members and children of the members.
2. Membership of the members of the students received the education scholarship.
3. Receiving financial donations for the wedding of the members of the members.
4. Bangladesh Ansar Medal / VDP Medal / President Medal / Ansar Service Medal for the promotion of illustrative law and order socio-economic development.
5. Receipt of loan assistance to income generating activities of members of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Forces.
6. The opportunity for more Ansar and VDP member-members / shareholders to come under banking program.
7. At the end of every financial year, the dividend received at the approved rate of the Ansar-VDP Development Bank shareholders.
8. Service Medal at different levels, for the recognition of heroic / good work in the army.
9. Providing insurance benefits when they are employed / died during duty.
10. One time grant of Rs. 2000 / - for the marriage of the martyrs or members of the members.
11. Scholarship for the students studying in the upper class from the sixth grade to the daughters of the deceased or the leader of a member or a member.
12. Provide scholarships for higher studies in the fields of medical, technical, professional, science and commerce of the members of the poor members.
13. Sport and culture opportunities for enthusiasts and competition and reward system.

1. In order to protect law and order, VDP organizations and clubs will provide clothing, flashlight and chargelights.
2. To strengthen the organization, providing radio, television, sports and music equipment, cash, sewing machines, tin and other materials for clubs and associations.
3. During the training, travel allowances for all, free and meals and necessary clothing.
4. Members' family will be given priority on the provision of family planning and illiteracy and the use of healthier lehtin in other government offices.
5. Financial support to all the development work, including tree planting, smugglers, livestock and fishery cultivation, will be obtained on priority basis in the member / member's homestead.

Other services provided by this office:
 
1. Active participation of the Ansar members organized by various governmental public functions.
2. Elections, Durga Puja, Highway Protection, Shopping Mall, Trade Mail, and other programs have the responsibility of security.
3. Active participation in dealing with disaster and post-disaster rescue and rehabilitation.
4. Participation with the district administration to operate the mobile courts.
