Training Conventions

1. Village based basic training (VDP male and female):


Objectives: Rehabilitation and updating of Village and Ashrayan project based VDP programs. Socio-economic development through wage employment, social awareness increase in the formation of local leadership and establishment of good governance. Creating a mass-based trained workforce to protect social security To improve law and order, to carry out election responsibilities and to make necessary efforts to rehabilitate and repair professional jobs. Engage in public safety activities. In order to increase the social awareness of the establishment of good governance, constitute the trained staff force. Building leadership qualities and securing professional skills for the protection of local law and order.

Training rules are as follows:
    There are 32 training institutes in the respective villages with 32 men and 32 female coordinates.
    The program is conducted for 10 (ten) days at the convenient location of the village.
    The trainee has to pass the lowest 8th grade.
    Trainees are the minimum age of 18 and maximum 30 years.
    After the training, the certificates were given to the trainees.
    Through this training VDP male and female potsuna is fully organized.
    The lease is given to the trainees at a fixed rate.
    Basic Trained Ansar-VDP Members / Members are covered under 10% reserved quota of 3rd and 4th class of government jobs.

2. General Ansar Basic Training (Male and Female):
Objectives: To protect the law and order of the country, as well as protecting the security of public and private companies, making them qualified and confident for public safety, achieving qualification as an Ansar.

The rules of this training are as follows:
Training period: 10 weeks, The preliminary phase of the district headquarters is 14 days and consistently the training is conducted for the final phase 08 weeks at the Safipur Ansar-VDP Academy in Gazipur. Under the Ansar Act 1995 and the Ansar Force Regulation 1996, the person has to qualify for the qualification.

A) Age 18 to 30 years
B) Educational qualification minimum 8th grade pass. However, SSC or above degree candidates are given the preference of training.
C) Height 5'-4 "(male) and 5'-0" (female) (However, candidates with a height of 5'-6 "or above) are preferred.
D) Vision strength: 6/6

Training trainees are provided free of charge, food, costume costume. After successfully completing this training, he has been involved in various government and private KPI / important organizations and is responsible for security arrangements.Durgapuja, National and Local Government Elections etc. are involved in short term time for the responsibilities of the training members / community members.

3. Other job-based training opportunities
Creating skilled human resources and creating self-employment opportunities by providing technical training to Ansar and VDP members. Enhanced employment generation and financial development can be achieved. Creating capacity for financial development by creating jobs in the country and abroad.

General Ansar Convergence Rules:
4. Ansar members:

After completion of 10 weeks basic training, smart card holders are included in the Ansar and VDP central data base panels.
An Ansar member of a district can not be affiliated with his own district.
District Commandant offers the serial number of the central database panel and offers the SMS to the subscriber's mobile phone. In 48 hours of receipt of the SMS, the member of the Commandant promulgates an order for sending the return SMS by sending the yes.
Ansar members have to be basic training with firing experiences.
The following eligibility for panel background is needed.

 

 

A) Age: 18 to 30 years Scholastic eligibility: The 8th grade will be preferred but the higher priority will be given. Height: 5'-4 "(male), 5'-2" (female) (High height candidates are preferred.) Marital status: Both married / unmarried.

B) Character and Citizenship certificates issued by Union Parishad Chairman / Ward commissioner, attested copy of Shital Eligibility Certificate, General Verification Certificate of General Ansar, Police Verification Report, Non-Objection Certificate by District Commandant (applicable to other district candidates), 03 copies of passport and 03 copy stamps Size photos etc needed.

On the basis of merit, Ansar is assimilated in the organization so financial transactions in this regard will be considered as a penal offense.
Get the opportunity to apply for 10% quota for the basic training programs of the third and fourth grade students.
After getting assimilated, the members of Ansar will get attractive salary and ration.Traveling to the training center in remote areas - travel allowance

5. For the expectation of security services:
Using the following method, the Ansar can assemble.
A. Application: In order to fulfill the specific application form preserved in the office of the District Commandant, attached to their official letter head, submit a request letter to Ansar Aganghipti in the district commandant's office.
D Acceptance and payment of salary allowances from the organization: After the decision to integrate the Ansar in any organization, the company has to deposit the same amount of pay of salaries and allowances of the Ansar to the District Commandant's Office in cash at the prescribed rate in cash, Pay Order / Bank Draft. Besides, regular monthly pay-allowances have to be paid. Each festival bonus is to be paid by the Ansar in the fixed rate every year.
E. 15% -20% of the accessories means Ansar-based Arsenal Agency will provide 10% daily allowance of each and every member of the Ansar members and 20% of the accessories by the arms company will be given to the District Commandant.
F. Assignment agency will appoint Ansar for at least three months. If armed, at least 10 people and 6 unarmed are included in Ansar
6. Other services:
The local administration / government's request to participate in disaster-related activities, or if necessary, is deployed in the remote areas of the members of the force to fight the disaster on a voluntary basis.
Birth control, prevention of women trafficking and child trafficking, child marriage, dowry prevention and prevention of women. Ensure active involvement of members of the force residing in every village.
Controlling drug control and smuggling actively deployed Ansar-VDP member-members in remote areas of Bangladesh.
Deploying manpower to successfully implement any public welfare campaign of the government (such as EPI Program, observance of different day etc).
During the election, the Ansar and VDP members deployed to maintain law and order in the polling centers.
Ansar integration with the demand of the companies hoping for security jobs in different industries.
Ansar integration in agreement with other government/non-government organizations/security for the security.
Ansar integration in the context of the needs of the person interested in securing personal property/deployment.
